We often hear that it is beneficial for our health to follow a well balanced diet but how do you accomplish that? In this session, we will explore how to provide structure to your meal plan and incorporate volumetric eating strategies into your diet. Mindful eating practices will be discussed and participants will have the opportunity to apply healthy nutrition principles to practical scenarios. Some recipes will also be provided.
