In this session, we will discuss self-sabotaging behaviours and explore how self-sabotaging thoughts can contribute to them. We will also brainstorm how to apply the principle of self-compassion to develop a more constructive counter dialogue to avoid these thinking traps and maintain momentum towards one's goals.
