In this 60 min group medical visit, our obesity medicine assistant and our internal medicine specialist, Dr. Sylvie Galindo, will discuss the important role of resistance training in overall health and weight maintenance, as well as answer participant questions regarding this topic. Participants will be prompted to fill out a form during registration so they can submit questions and desired discussion points for the physician in advance.
*Please note that these are smaller group medical visits and there are a limited number of spots. To keep things fair for other participants, please register only if you can commit to attending. If you register but neglect to show up, the $40 cancellation fee for a missed appointment will apply.
