In this 60 minute group medical visit, our internal medicine specialist, Dr. Sylvie Galindo, will  discuss how PCOS can affect hormones and will answer participant questions regarding this topic. Participants will be prompted to fill out a form during registration so they can submit questions and desired discussion points for the physician in advance.

In this 60 min group medical visit, our obesity medicine assistant and our internal medicine specialist, Dr. Laura Fraser, will discuss the important role of resistance training in overall health and weight maintenance, as well as answer participant questions regarding this topic.
