In this session, we will explore what willpower is, how it works, why it matters, and how to get more of it. We will discuss how to remove personal barriers to increasing your self-control using science-based strategies. Our aim is to help you gain insight into your own behaviour that will inspire you to make beneficial changes going forward. This special topic will be facilitated by Lynda Montis.
This module will be facilitated by Certified Food Addiction Counselor, Sandra Elia who will deliver interactive presentations virtually from Ontario.
Food Addiction Recovery Program Overview
This program will give you the gift of Food Serenity. Food Serenity is returning to a place where food is consumed for nourishment, energy and caring for your body. No longer using food to achieve a feeling, (numbing out, love, stress relief, “getting high”) but rather using food for its rightful purpose.
