Being healthy is hard! Using the latest scientifically based knowledge, this course will provide applicable, real-life skills to start and stick with healthy habits. The course focuses less on "what" to do and more on "how" to do it. Participants will learn to recognize and manage what gets in the way of sticking to healthy habits including being more mindful about choices, developing self-compassion, and how to live a life that reflects what truly matters. Participants will learn new ways to live a healthier life, even if you don't really want to.
Please note it is strongly recommended that individuals purchase Dr. Lee-Baggley's book "Healthy Habits Suck" before starting this course with us, as the sessions are based on its content. You can buy her book from Amazon.ca.
