Fat is a macronutrient that often gets a bad reputation when it comes to its impact on weight management and overall health. In this 60 min group medical visit, our registered dietitian, Veronica Kacinik, will explore the function of fat as a fuel source for the body, discuss the difference between various types of fat and their impact on our health, as well as provide guidance on how to incorporate beneficial fats into your diet in a sustainable and nutritious way. There will also be an opportunity for participants to ask questions and engage in discussion with the supervising internal medicine specialist, as well as Veronica. Participants will be prompted to submit a question when registering for the session.
