Living Life to the Full is an 8-week course run in conjunction with the Canadian Mental Health Association. Sessions will focus on how to use cognitive behavioral therapy based strategies to address altered thoughts. Participants will learn how to intervene and overcome the vicious cycle of negative thinking. This is a great course for those who struggle with increased stress and low mood.  If you are interested in working towards bariatric surgery, then this course is mandatory for our bariatric stream.

1. If you choose eBook you will only get an eBooks, you DONOT get a Physical copy of the book. 

2. Due to copyright the e-booklets are NOT downloadable and can only be accessed online through a web browser.
