This is the first session of the 4-week Diabetes Module which is for patients with type 2 diabetes. The purpose of the groups is for the physician and diabetes educator to better manage patients' medications, medical conditions related to diabetes, dietary changes, and to answer any questions you have about diabetes as you progress through the program. If you have type 2 diabetes, you will receive an email regarding this module.
