| Description: | You will attend 4 sessions in total over 4 months. Session 2-4 dates will be provided at Session 1. The Optifast program is a medically-supervised full meal replacement program. In Session 1, we will discuss the rationale behind full liquid meal replacement diets and their role in long-term obesity management. We will explain how the program works, the pros & cons, and logistics of ordering products. |
