Relating to yourself in a positive and constructive manner is a key principle of effective self-management and helps build resilience. That being said, practicing self-compassion in times of relapse with unhealthy behaviours, weight regain, and other stressful circumstances where we have high expectations for ourselves, can be easier said than done. In this session, we will explore the concept of self-compassion in greater depth and discuss how to cultivate a healthy relationship of accountability with yourself as you pursue your health goals.
