Description:

Being healthy is hard! Using the latest scientifically based knowledge, this course will provide applicable, real-life skills to start and stick with healthy habits. Participants will learn new ways to live a healthier life, even if you don't really want to. Please note it is required to purchase Dr. Lee-Baggley's book "Healthy Habits Suck" on your own before starting this course with us. You can buy her book from Amazon.ca. This course is facilitated by Dr. Dayna Lee-Baggley. She exercises regularly and rarely enjoys it and is a runner who never gets a runner's high.
