Title: The Who, What, When, Where and How of Emotional Eating.
Have you ever noticed that at the end of a long stressful day or after an argument with a loved one you suddenly find yourself immersed in a bag of chips, a box of cookies or scanning randomly for something from the fridge? The act of seeking comfort from food is a common practice referred to as emotional eating. Together we will explore why this happens and what we can do about it.
This special topic will be presented by Dr. Dayna Lee-Bagley
